Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. 

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.  

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

  • Registration is completely optional. Registration may include submitting your name, email address, address, telephone numbers, option on receiving updates and promotional material and other information. You may access this information at any time by logging in and going to your account.

  • Apart from where you have consented or disclosure is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was submitted, personal information may be disclosed in special situations where we have reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring, or interfering (intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. Refund Policy

Can I get a refund?

Candidates are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid where they withdraw or cancel their Vskills application in writing within the cooling off period. The cooling off period is 3 business days. Candidates are also eligible for a refund in the following unlikely situations:

  • any courses ceases to operate
  • any course ceases to deliver the application in which a student is enrolled and so the agreement is terminated in either of these situations,

If for any reason GetCertGo is unable to fulfil its service agreement with a student, Skills Certified must refund the student’s proportion of fees paid for services not delivered.


How do I get a refund? 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

To obtain a refund you are required to give written notice to cancel your enrolment.. Written notice may be in the form of an email or letter. Where refunds are approved, the refund payment will be paid via electronic funds transfer using the authorised bank account nominated by you. This payment will be made within 14 days from the time you gave written notice to cancel your enrolment.


Are my fees protected in case I need a refund?

GetCertGo has a responsibility to protect the fees paid by candidates.

All prices quoted on the website are quoted are inclusive of service tax. All prices quoted on the website are subject to change without notice. You should confirm the price of a product or service before placing an order for it.
